The conference registration fee is payable in advance and includes documentation, breakfasts, luncheon(s), and refreshments.

Early Bird Discount — Register by September 5, 2008 to save €300 off the standard registration fee. The Early Bird Discount may NOT be combined with the Team Discount or any other promotional offer.

Instructions:

Step 2: Click ‘Book a Room’ to select the Hilton Athens.
Step 3: Enter the dates you wish to check in and check out. Verify the number of rooms and adult occupants are correct.
Step 4: Unless ‘Group/Convention Code’ is completed, you will not see your group/ convention rates. Therefore please enter the code GRPAA
Step 5: Select desired room/rate, ensuring that you are booking the correct Group/Convention by checking the name.
Step 6: Enter your personal details to complete the booking and submit the information via secure link. If all details are submitted correctly a confirmation number will be returned to you. Please give credit card details as a guarantee.
Substitutions & Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason your may transfer your registration to a member of your organization at any time, but please give us prior notice to ensure we have the correct details for administration purposes. If you wish to cancel your booking we must receive notice in writing before September 29, 2008 and you will be entitled to a refund of the delegate fee paid less the administration fee of €260 + VAT. Cancellations received on or after September 29, 2008 will not be refunded, but you may transfer your registration to a member of your organization.
In case of conference cancellation, Platts liability is limited to refund the conference registration fee only. Platts reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
