Historic climate change bill passes in House of Representatives

Cathy Cash, Platts associate editor, discusses the historic legislation passed on Friday, June 26 by the US House of Representatives. The bill would reduce greenhouse gas emissions from US industry, primarily the electric power sector, large industrials and oil refiners, and it also contains standards for energy efficiency and renewable energy.
