Gas Natural SDG SA, a multinational energy services company, focuses on the supply, distribution, and commercialization of natural gas and electricity in Spain and Latin America.

Gas Natural Comercializadora involves in gas and electricity commercialization in Spain.

Gas Natural Servicios, its natural gas trading services company, offers maintenance, insurance, and security system services.

Commercialization is performed through the company's portal and 900 gas centers, including its own centers, those under franchise, and associated centers that it operates across Spain.

In October 2003, Gas Natural SDG completed the acquisition of ENRON's assets in EcoEléctrica de Puerto Rico for a consideration of US$179 million.
